We are pleased to offer the industry standard 2/5/10 Year Warranty on all our new homes and renovations.

All homebuilders in B.C. are now required to be licensed with the Homeowner Protection Office. Your new home will have a "2-5-10 year" warranty registered with St. Paul Guarantee Insurance Company, a top insurance provider for the housing industry.

In simple terms, this means that your home will be insured 2 years for limited labour and material coverage, 5 years for water penetration coverage and 10 years for major structural coverage.

The fact that we have been accepted for insurance coverage by The St. Paul Guarantee Insurance Co. speaks volumes to our credibility. It is well known in the industry that The St. Paul has the most rigorous screening process of Builder candidates. Acceptance into their program is confidence that the Builder is financially sound and technically competent, the two main factors in ensuring longevity in the business.
